I am a blue-collar CFO. As a Blue-collar CFO, I partner, hands on, with the owners and CEOs to help grow the businesses.  We accomplish this by creating and putting in place processes, employee development strategies and standardized procedures that support a 5-star customer service experience.  This is achieved by hiring the right team to carry out the mission and building a strong company culture. I have created a systematic accounting process, HR Process, and inventory control systems that all work in tandem to provide the CEOs with the tools to effectively manage the companies. Together, the CEO’s and I work on branding the business and developing the right market strategy to grow the business at the right pace while still providing 5-star service. I have developed comprehensive company policies, job descriptions and SOP’s that allow for successful new employee training along with standardized processes that allow each employee to easily follow our business model and do their job in the most professional and productive way.

2015 – Present: CFO/ HR Director for multiple companies including Bassco Services, Allied Oil Equipment Company, BV3 Merch, Inc., Periscope Music Group. LLC and Helicopters for Heroes (a charitable foundation), K&P Investments, The Festival Company, Crown and Ace. I Partner with the CEO’s/Owners of these companies along with several very wealthy investors. Total annual income for all entities exceeds 50 million dollars.  Salary and Bonus $190,000.00  

2014- 2015: CFO/HR Director Maverick Stainless -5 million dollar a year commercial restaurant equipment manufacturing company. Responsible for all aspects of the companies bookkeeping/accounting functions with emphasis on cost accounting, labor control, production and inventory management. Responsible for daily cash flow management, completing payroll, accounts receivable and payable, job costing, invoicing and inventory fulfillment and overtime compliance. Complete and submit monthly, quarterly and annual payroll, unemployment, and sales taxes. Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements to investors. Also administered the companies HR component including employee benefits, hiring process, child support withholding, health insurance, ERISA compliance, and workman's compensation. Complete payroll for 50 employees on a weekly basis. I have expertise in turn around management including acquisition of operating capital through traditional lending channels, alternative lending, factoring and purchase order financing. Salary $90,000.00

2006- Present: Owner DFW Corporate Images, Inc. DFW Corporate Images is a business consulting group and IT contractor with expertise in web design, internet marketing, human resources, accounting systems and brand recognition. Responsible for all aspects of the corporation’s multiple company bookkeeping, HR, and production management. Responsible for completing payroll, accounts receivable and payable, job costing, and inventory fulfillment. Complete and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll, unemployment, and sales taxes. Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements to investors. Also administered the company's employee benefits program and HR department which includes hiring, child support withholding, health insurance, ERISA compliance, and workman's compensation. Complete payroll for 20 employees and 35 subcontractors on a bi monthly basis. Experienced in both Peachtree and QuickBooks accounting software. Complete all collections processes, including certified notification, mechanics liens, court filing and communications with attorneys and the courts.  Owner Salary: Profits (Undisclosed)

2002-2006 District Manager- UPS Stores In charge of Uptown Dallas region including 8 stores.  In charge of the operational practices of all stores making sure each runs smoothly, cleanly and meets any budget and sales goals and is complying with any marketing campaigns and promotions. In charge of interviewing, hiring, coordinating and disciplining store managers.  Conducted onsite visits on individual stores to make sure the store is stocked, clean and in proper working order. Created and maintained budgets, and coordinated with and reported to senior management in the company. $75,000.00

1999-2002 Owner/Manager Nortex Security Systems Inc. - Owner/ Licensed Manager of Nortex Security Systems, Inc. - Designed, installed maintained and monitored burglar, fire, and CCTV systems, digital ip camera systems with off-sight back up and internet viewing. Managed all aspects of new construction installation including, management of contractors, insurance, bonds, workman's comp, liens and contracts.

- Responsible for overall operation of UNT Police Department.

- Managed a multi-million-dollar budget.

- Department manager of UNT Police Academy. Wrote and managed federal grants for community oriented policing program and training.

- Supervised all police department personnel and operations.

- Managed University parking and transportation division including parking garage management, contract bus service and new parking lot construction.
