Truth Pregnancy Resource Center is a non-profit organization that provides comprehensive, compassionate, and culturally just reproductive health and counseling services to pregnant persons in Texas.

Services are free to the general public and do not require income verification or proof of residency:

• Sonograms and pregnancy tests
• All-options counseling and information regarding reproductive rights
• Infant resources such as diapers, wipes, and clothing
• Miscarriage management self-care kits
• Hygiene products
• Emergency contraception
• Parenting support and referrals to free and low-cost community resources

We are not a crisis pregnancy center (CPC), and we stand firmly for reproductive dignity and access for all. Unlike CPCs, we won't mislead you and shame your choices. Our licensed staff and trained counselors are here to support you, not sway you.
