Gilberto is the founder of Urbite, a Dallas-based digital operations company that helps restaurants strengthen their online presence and grow off-premise sales. Founded over 2 years ago, Urbite specializes in website management, online ordering optimization, Google Business Profile management, delivery platform support, and digital growth strategies for independent restaurants and multi-location brands.
Raised in the kitchen of his family’s restaurants, Gilberto developed a deep understanding of restaurant operations and the challenges local business owners face every day. His passion for helping local restaurants succeed inspired the creation of Urbite, with a focus on giving restaurant owners the tools and digital support needed to compete in today’s online-driven market.
With experience supporting restaurant operators, ghost kitchens, and delivery-focused concepts, Urbite helps businesses streamline their digital operations using the technology they already have in place. The company partners with restaurants throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area to improve visibility, increase online orders, and create a smoother customer experience across pickup and delivery channels.
